Supervision is more than checking boxes and accumulating hours.

It’s a space to ask questions, build confidence, strengthen your clinical voice, and develop into the clinician you want to be.

My approach to supervision is collaborative, supportive, and grounded in the belief that you don’t need to have all the answers to be a good clinician. Together, we’ll make space for curiosity, reflection, creativity, and authentic professional development.

Choose the support that fits your path.

PROFESSIONAL CONSULTATION

Connect • Question • Expand

Already licensed or credentialed but looking for continued support? Consultation offers a collaborative space to think through clinical work, creative interventions, ethical questions, professional challenges, and continued development.

Clinical skill matters. So does the person behind it.

I believe good supervision should be a place where you can bring the questions you’re unsure about, the cases that keep you thinking, the moments that challenge you, and the successes you’re proud of.

My goal isn’t to create clinicians who practice exactly like I do. It’s to help you strengthen your clinical judgment, understand yourself as a therapist, and develop an approach that feels ethical, intentional, and authentically yours.

And supervision shouldn’t look the same on day one as it does a year into our work together.

As your skills and confidence develop, what you need from me will change too.

My approach allows me to move between three roles depending on what will support you best in that moment.

Three roles. One goal. Your growth. The teacher. The counselor. The consultant.

Our work may include case conceptualization, ethics, boundaries, documentation, risk assessment, professional identity, therapeutic relationships, creative interventions, and the very human experience of being a clinician.

My approach is informed by the Discrimination Model of Supervision, allowing our work together to evolve based on your experience, competencies, and needs.

The goal isn’t for you to need me forever. It’s for you to increasingly trust the clinician you’re becoming.

Supervision starts with connection.

Your supervisor should feel like the right fit: someone you can talk openly with, ask the questions you’re not sure you’re supposed to ask, be vulnerable about the parts of the work that challenge you, and celebrate your growth along the way.

Credentials and experience matter, but so does the relationship. Your goals, interests, learning style, and what you need from supervision should align with the way I work.

That’s why I offer a free 15-minute supervision consultation. Come with your questions, tell me what you’re working toward, and get a feel for who I am as a supervisor.

See if my approach feels right for you.
